In 1994 Jason Cunningham started a lawn maintenance company with little more than a Nissan pickup and a lawn mower. Growing up in Georgia and Florida he knew that there was always grass to mow in the summer. After graduating from USF in 1999 Jason sold his business and pursued a career with the Home Depot. After just two short years and two sons later the lawn maintenance business was calling him.

Jason started JPM Inc. in the fall of 2001 with a focus on commercial maintenance and landscape. Right away the business bloomed and he began to see the impact that an honest, reliable and hard working business had on the lives of his employees and clients. The summer of 2003 brought even bigger changes when Jason was hurt on the job leaving him broken and humbled. This life changing event changed Jason, his family and JPM Inc. for the better. God began to reveal a vision for Jason, his family and JPM Inc. that through his faith countless lives could be impacted.

Today, Jason and his wife Christy have 4 sons, Jason Jr., Nathan, Sam Bob and Wesley. Jason is involved with his church, “Man Up” a men’s ministry, Fortress Racing a BMX ministry and local Tampa Bay missions.

As the Business Developer for JPM Inc, Rick Cunningham is responsible for creating and maintaining our client relationships. He brings 20 years of experience into this position.  Prior to joining JPM Inc, he was responsible for multi-unit company locations representing companies as large as AT&T.

Rick started working with JPM Inc by being involved at one of the largest accounts we maintained, MacDill AFB. He understands how a well-maintained landscape attracts people and adds to your property value.

Rick currently sits on the Leadership Council at Kaleomark Church in Welsey Chapel where his wife Zoe, son Gavin and daughter Brooke attend regularly.
